• Design and iterate on technical assessments for mechanical engineering candidates on the Colare platform, applying core mechanical engineering principles to calibrate scope, difficulty and evaluation criteria
• Refine existing assessments based on candidate performance data and feedback from hiring partners

• Audit current question development processes, identify areas of efficiency and improvement, and implement the most promising ideas

• Developed a profilometry system for material removal analysis for UBC's Electron Microscopy Laboratory
• Programmed a Python-based control architecture to orchestrate the motorized movement of the camera and interferometer assembly via a Raspberry Pi
• Engineered the integration of an interferometric Keyence CL-P015 confocal sensor for surface topography mapping via Gwyddion, linking this to the lab's robot-enabled SEM suite
• Conducted metrology measurement DOEs and repeatability and reproducibility validation to ensure micron-level accuracy
• Designed and manufactured mounting brackets in SolidWorks for mechanical integration
• Awarded an NSERC USRA, a federally funded national research grant

• Designed a driver interface's dashboard enclosure in SolidWorks for an electric race car
• Collaborated in a fast-paced, cross-functional engineering team environment, utilizing Subversion (SVN) and Altium CoDesigner
• Validated enclosures for waterproofing, ensuring high performance in compliance with FSAE regulations

• Conducted statistical data processing of 2023 BC Adolescent Health Survey data, utilizing IBM SPSS software to analyze large datasets and drive data-driven root cause analysis
• Collaborated with UBC researchers to improve the Middle Years Development Instrument (MDI) provincial health survey, identifying areas to optimize data collection methodologies
• Presented policy recommendations to the BC Ministry of Education and Childcare, advocating for improvements to provincial school food programs

• Directed a team of 25 executives and scaled operations to 75+ schools and 350+ students across BC
• Founded a free chess program for 150+ students at 6 elementary schools
